Start the class with personal analysis by asking the students to choose their favorite food so SWAT elicit the title of the unit ( You Are What You Eat) .Then show them a video that they will elicit the sub-title (Food Myths ) . After that ask questions that relate to their own experience e.g.
What is the most unusual thing you have ever eaten?
2. Do you like healthy or unhealthy food? Why ?

Use pictures to provok discussion.
Mark the unusual foods of the following:
Spaghetti
Benut butter and jam
Bugs sochi
Chicken feet
